Looking for a project/program manager to join our quickly growing team! Approx. 2/3 onsite, 1/3 remote full-time position based in downtown Seattle. Oversee management of a technical support team and associated process documentation, customer team interactions, and long-term planning.
The ideal candidate will have project management experience in a technical field, but technical capabilities are secondary to strong project management, organizational, people management, and customer interaction skills.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning the execution of both long-term and short-term process and management goals, tracking adherence to budgets and timelines, and managing teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with both subordinates/coworkers and various customer teams. They will display attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a growth mindset.
