The perfect candidate will be a person who loves to work with and around people and has prior studio photography experience in a professional setting. Help us create senior portraits that capture this important moment for families.

• Must have proven professional experience photographing high school seniors or family portraits in a professional studio setting minimum of 1 year. 
• Must be able to commute to our studio in Glendale, AZ.
• Saturdays are required during our peak months, June - December, as it is our busiest day of the week. We require Monday-Saturday availability, including evenings, as bookings require. (Hours will vary during our peak months of June-December, Monday-Friday 10a-9p and Saturdays 8a-7 pm).
• Wage is hourly from $17 to $22+ based on current skill, experience, and the first few weeks of observation/training.

Responsibilities & Requirements :

• Have a strong understanding of camera settings and lighting setups.
• You will be photographing high school senior portraits and families in our studio.
• Strong understanding of color, framing, posing, and lighting.
• You will be responsible for engaging and connecting with our clients, providing high-end photography, an unforgettable experience, and top-quality customer service.
• Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds (and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds).
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Experience:

• Studio Photography: 1 year (Required).
• School Photography: 1 year+ (Recommended).
• Senior Portraits: 1 year (Required).
• Basic Computer Knowledge. (Recommended).
• Customer Service: 1 year + (Required).
