Senior Power Electronics Engineer - Advanced Systems Design (Remote Available)

Core Responsibilities:

• • Lead design and development of advanced power system architectures • Spearhead research and testing of miniature power conversion systems • Develop radiation-hardened designs and distributed power architectures • Optimize power systems for size, weight, and efficiency (SWaP) • Drive technical innovation in battery management and motor control systems • Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex system integration

Required Qualifications:

• • US Citizenship required
• Requires an active secret clearance • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred) • 5-7 years of experience in Power Systems Engineering • Expertise in DC/DC power conversion, battery management systems, or motor control • Proficiency with circuit simulation tools (SPICE) and PCB design • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling • Strong background in EMC design techniques and power distribution
