We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially-minded Sales Finance Analyst to join our team. This role acts as the key business partner to the Sales organization, providing financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic support to drive revenue growth and profitability. And meanwhile, be responsible for driving operational excellence across the sales process, including pipeline management, forecasting, performance tracking, territory planning, CRM administration, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, process discipline, and a passion for enabling high-performing sales teams, as well as combines strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of sales operations and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans, to establish and track KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive pricing and margin analysis to support commercial decisions and improve profitability.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to support performance tracking and data-driven decision making.
  • Lead monthly sales financial reviews, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Support the design and execution of incentive plans and commission schemes in alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure revenue recognition complies with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects such as product launches, territory realignments, or M&A evaluations.
  • Lead sales onboarding and training initiatives to ensure consistent adoption of best practices and tools.
  • Own and manage core sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and territory planning.
  • Administer and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, process alignment, and user adoption.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and tools to improve productivity across the sales team.
  • Provide actionable insights through regular reporting and analysis of sales trends, performance, and customer behavior.
  • Manage sales incentive programs and support compensation planning and analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and identify automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably in a sales-focused or commercial finance role.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, revenue drivers, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or a fast-paced sales environment is a strong advantage.
