• Provide high-level executive support by managing calendars, inboxes, priorities, and daily business operations.
• Own and maintain the CRM: track leads, referrals, and follow-ups to ensure consistent communication and conversion.
• Drive client retention and marketing support through thoughtful follow-up, event coordination, and brand touchpoints.
• Design and improve systems that streamline transaction management, client care, and admin workflows.
• Assist with real estate transactions in Colorado while preparing for expansion into New Mexico (NM license required within one year; reimbursement provided).
• Monitor key business metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
