You will report to the Experian Health PMO lead the implementation of projects, manage multiple, ongoing software implementations, help define project scope, goals and deliverables and define project tasks and resource requirements.
You'll have opportunity to:
+ Develop full scale project plans
+ Assemble and coordinate project staff
+ Plan and schedule project timelines
+ Track project deliverables, manage risks and issues using appropriate tools
+ Provide direction to project team
+ Monitor and report on progress of the project to all partners
+ Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
+ Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
+ Project evaluations and assessment of results
+ Provide feedback to internal team and development regarding process and product improvement
+ Bachelor's in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics or related field or study (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
+ 5+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience
+ 5+ project management experience
+ 2+ years leading full life cycle implementations
+ PMP required (or must attain within 1 year)
+ Healthcare industry experience with in-depth knowledge of hospital operations
+ Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
+ Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management
+ Superior collaboration, flexibility and responsiveness
+ 10-25% nationwide travel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
