LALA US manufactures Yogurt Smoothie with Probiotics, Frusion Yogurt Smoothie, Crema Mexicana, and Blended Yogurt. • The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the production of product. Coaches and develops employees on a daily basis to safely produce products with the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements. 

1st shift hours are 6:00AM - 4:00AM. Production schedules may vary week to week. Candidates must have availability to work on weekends to meet production demands.

• Shall be responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring. 
• This position requires regular and prompt attendance during the working hours scheduled by the Department Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Six years of experience in a related role.
• Successful candidates will be subject to a comprehensive background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process
