**Key Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in enhancing manufacturing efficiencies and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to identify and implement cost reduction strategies by leveraging knowledge of fabrication, tooling, and production equipment.
- Skilled in determining root causes of production failures and recommending effective design or process changes.
- Strong technical expertise in manufacturing and the ability to incorporate new methods for improved operations.
- Experience in supervising and training teams while maintaining a focus on quality control standards.
- Competent in designing, installing, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and reviewing product designs.
- Established communication skills to relay capabilities and schedules effectively across all organizational levels.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Process Engineering.
- Competence in cross-functional team environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
