Job Description

The Hemodialysis RN (Chronic) provides outpatient dialysis care, including assessments, patient education, and treatment execution.

• Responsibilities include performing technical procedures, monitoring patients, and maintaining safety and infection control.
• Supports team efforts, assists with supplies and equipment, and participates in staff training and quality improvement.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Requires current RN license, strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
• Physical demands involve lifting, standing, and working with equipment.
• Role is PRN, with flexibility for overtime and adaptability to changing duties.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required, with accommodations considered for medical or religious reasons.
