Description:
We are hiring experienced Owner-Operators with a box truck who are ready to run Over-the-Road (OTR) across 48 states under MML Alliance's authority and insurance . This position is ideal for professional drivers who own their truck and are looking for strong support, flexible dispatch, and competitive weekly earnings.

Mandatory orientation with our safety department (Mon–Thu, 9 a.m. start). Drivers can pick up their first load immediately after completing orientation.
Employment Type: 1099 – Independent Contractor
Home Time: Minimum 2 weeks on the road, up to 3 days home
Experience Level: NON-CDL-holding drivers with OTR experience preferred
