A high-volume, fast-casual restaurant is looking for a hands-on General Manager to take the lead. This is a day-to-day operational leadership role where you'll manage multiple food brands, small, fast-moving teams, and collaborate with delivery partners to drive late-night and all-day success. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-brand quick service restaurant. Lead a lean, agile team — hire, train, motivate, and support staff to maintain high performance. Ensure operational excellence during peak service times, especially evenings and late nights. Collaborate with delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) to optimize flow and order volume. Maintain high food quality, speed, and guest experience across multiple menus and service styles. Monitor key performance metrics and take proactive steps to meet revenue and service goals. Build a culture of accountability, hustle, and pride among your crew.
