Now Hiring: Experienced Title Clerk at George Nunnally Chevrolet Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? George Nunnally Chevrolet in Bentonville, AR, is looking for a full-time Title Clerk. As our Title Clerk, you'll be an important first point of contact for our valued customers, both in person and over the phone. Your positive attitude and efficient work will play a crucial role in creating a great experience for everyone who purchases a vehicle from us. Responsibilities

• Process wholesale title paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process retail customer title paperwork, in the state in which the vehicle will be titled, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify funds have been collected and correct lien holder payoff is complete.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins as necessary.
• Check for accuracy and completeness of title applications, new title registrations, process duplicate titles and complete changes in title registrations.
• Build relationship and develop professional rapport with DMV, Wholesalers and title support.
• Work with customers and managers to resolve all title problems that may occur.
• Miscellaneous follow up on title issues.

Scan in all documentation to DMS system when complete

• Maintain a complete and accurate list of all outstanding title work. Report list to management including all outstanding titles not received.
• Answer customer questions accurately and courteously when dealing with title related issues.
• Contact customers for paperwork pickup

Qualifications * Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) preferably CDK * Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve * Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team

• Foundational knowledge of record maintenance
