Job Description

MSS USA CORP, a subsidiary of MSSCORPS CO., LTD, is a leading provider of Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) analysis services for the semiconductor industry. We are seeking experienced TEM/FIB specialists with at least one year of hands-on experience operating either Focused Ion Beam (FIB) or Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) tools — or both — to join our growing team.

Ideal Candidate

✔ Skilled in TEM and/or FIB operation with hands-on experience in semiconductor sample preparation and imaging.

✔ Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.

✔ Committed to operational excellence, equipment care, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• FIB Sample Preparation: Prepare high-quality ultrathin samples for TEM analysis using Focused Ion Beam (FIB) systems.
• TEM Imaging & Analysis: Operate TEM instruments to acquire high-resolution images and perform basic structural analysis of semiconductor devices.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating TEM and/or FIB tools.
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred.
