As the Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Lead the dealership's daily operations
• Set the appropriate example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability
• Lead team to achieve the established individual and department objectives and goals
• Navigate state-of-the-art technology for planning and tracking activities to maximize opportunities
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up
• Utilize A-Lane for vehicle appraisals
• Excel in customer satisfaction (CSI) performance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years automotive sales, F&I, or sales management experience
• Proven track record of strong sales numbers and CSI
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Exceptional follow-up and lead management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-oriented and knows how to budget time
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
